I really should be outside. It's in the high 60s/low 70s today. Instead I'm here writing an entry. I really should be taking a shower and throwing some food down my throat so I can go to my dentist appointment. This is either dedication of procrastination. You choose today, I don't feel like it.
One of the things I can't stand about staying at my parents' house is my bed. We got it in late '04. I moved out in June of '05, so I really haven't broken it in. Either I'm too used to the Death Valley bed at home or something, because I've woken up with a backache every day this week. Joy in the morning.
Schools are starting to post more jobs online now, which is a big plus for me. The negative is they're mostly science or math jobs. Kinda sucks when you're certified in English. I jump on pretty much anything I come across. And I really need to start thinking about how I'm going to live this summer. I need to start saving now, which means cut out the excessive shopping and trips to Dunkin Donuts (that last one will really hurt). I'm overqualified for retail but I think I'm kicking myself in the nuts with that one since I put down that I have a Masters degree on the apps (good one!). I need to start looking now, since colleges will be getting out in another month. Gah! Unemployment sucks!
Okay, I can't procrastinate any longer. Time to go shower, eat, go to the dentist, and then go see if my glasses are ready (yeah, I finally bit the big one and admitted I need them, but only for driving).
Relishing the warm weather,
Thanks for reading,
Ter
