I had started to write out an entry yesterday and have decided to scrap it and start fresh. It makes sense, what with all the freshly fallen snow that has given me the day off today from subbing. SNOW DAY! My first snow day here, I'm so excited!
The main gist of the entry I handwrote yesterday was thus: I didn't get the job I mentioned in the last entry and whoa-is-me for striking out yet again. It's very frustrating trying to get the First Job. Subbing and working at the shop part-time is okay for now, but I want something more regular, more... mine.
Since I have all this time on my hands today, I can get some laundry done. I've already done dishes. And before 9 a.m., which is impressive. Once Marty gets here (who's fixing the plumbing), I'll indulge in more gambling fun. MB bought this disc of casino games about a month ago, you know, to work on his roulette game and see if he can figure the games out to work in his favor so when we go to real casinos he can really rake in the dough.
I suppose I should also make the bed, eh?
And as soon as I post this entry, I'll think of eleventy million things that I want to say. Doesn't it always end up that way?
