Good Saturday morning (it's still morning here, so don't even... and now I sound like MB. That'll happen after almost a year... on the 24th, thank you for asking).
I am so beyond happy right now, not to mention exhausted, but things couldn't get better right now. Well, that's not entirely true. I could have a job and be living with MB, but that'll come in due time. This placement is just unbelievable! My sponsor teacher is a dream. He's helped me more in two weeks than my other sponsor teacher did in 8. The kids are great and I'm now completely convinced that I want to teach middle school.
I can't wait to change this layout. I was all excited about it when I devised it back in January, and now I'm just sick of it. I have some ideas, but they all look ridiculous. Any ideas or offers to spiffify (is too a word) my diary's layout are welcome. Just drop a note in the notes or guestbook.
Now, I must go shop. Because shopping is fun! Also, even though next Friday is my birthday -- 24, finally! -- I won't be here to report because I'll be at a teacher recruitment function, so be looking for a recap on all the mayhem sometime that week. I might not even update the week after, since I'll most likely be at MB's celebrating our 1-year anniversary. I can't believe it's been one year already. I'm such a lucky girl.
