Finally, this little white box appeared! I hate being a non-special, non-Gold/Super Gold member! But, I suppose I should look at it this way -- better to wait for the server to free up than to never be able to update at all.

Did anyone else buy that, because I certainly didn't.

Anyhow, I need to make this fast, as I'm still not ready and seminar is at noon.

So... what have I been up to?? Healing, for the most part, followed by moving (still!), and flitting off to see the boyfriend (yummy). I was dead-on-my-feet-clutching-a-bottle-of-Nyquil-stuck-in-bed sick for 2 straight weeks. It bit. I could barely breathe, barely hear, and (first thing in the morning) could barely see. Like I said, it bit.

Enough of the sick stuff. No one needs to hear about how I'm now a major stockholder at Kleenex and sit on the board at Nyquil.

For all intents and purposes, we're moved into the new house. All that's left is knick-knack-y stuff at the other house and other assorted odds and ends. We've been sleeping regularly at this house for a week now. Gotta say, I love this house more than I did on that first walk through. I just need the Internet and cable run to my room and I'll be good to go. I hate typing on this laptop! This keyboard pisses me off!!

Moving on... I think I've right died and gone to heaven. MB constantly finds new and amazing ways to win me over and have me fall in love with him all over again. This weekend was no exception. Earlier in the week, he had said that he had a surprise for me and left it at that. Wait, I take that back. He said it was a one-time surprise, meaning if I didn't show up that Friday, it wouldn't have worked. So I went through the week with a huge question mark over my head.

So I get to MB's around dinner time (since I'd left right from school). One of the first things I do when I get there is set my purse on the little dropleaf table he has in his kitchen. It wasn't there, and said as much. MB motions toward the living room. From the front door to the living room, where the table was, was a trail of rose petals. The table was situated in the middle of the room and set for dinner, candles lit. In my chair was a half dozen roses.

That was my surprise. How sweet is my boyfriend??

Still swooning,

Thanks for reading,

Ter
