Awesome news -- I passed the LAST!!! Generously, might I add. 220 minimum to pass, I got 257. Thank you, thank you, the applause is unnecessary.
I'm very ready for this mini break between sessions. I can't wait to just relax at MB's and let things slow down. It's going to be a good 4 days, I can feel it.
Short, choppy paragraphs. I should have my B.A. taken away from me and be beaten over the head with it.
On Sunday, MB and I went hiking. We were mere feet from the top and I just couldn't do it. I just couldn't take the terrain. So we sat on some rocks and admired the scenery.
"Now I can give you your surprise," he said, taking a white box out of his pocket. He opened it for me, revealing a beautiful white gold heart necklace with diamonds. I swear this boy is going to spoil me rotten!
Then! On our way home from hiking, MB had me pull over to the side of the road. After the car was properly placed in park, he kissed me. He fumbled a bit with his words, no doubt nervous.
"I wanted to do this at the right time and the right place," he said. "I love you."
I'm absolutely stunned. I've been dancing around those three words for quite some time. I'm glad he waited to say them in person rather than online or on the phone. And I do, I love him too. I love him I love him I love him I love him I love him I love him...
